You should only use our services for providers that actually plan to perform actual services to include the use of eligibility, claim status and claim submission. According to the HIPAA rules and regulations, the sharing of such information and usage of the account by others that are not actually planning to perform the procedures are an improper use of PHI and a violation of the HIPAA rules and regulations.
